First-Time MFA Setup

Use Google Authenticator or any TOTP app. This page works for customer, staff, and admin accounts.

Before You Start

  1. On your phone, install Google Authenticator. Scan the download QR code or use the iPhone/Android buttons.
  2. Open Google Authenticator, tap Get started, then tap the + button.
  3. Choose Scan a QR code.
  4. Return to this page, enter your current password, and click Start MFA Enrollment.
  5. Scan the Authenticator Setup QR code that appears here, then enter the 6-digit code from the app.
